Chihuahua ready for Adoption!

Meet Ben , a male, house-trained dog who’s learned that home is for relaxing. He doesn’t really need leashes day-to-day—he’s comfortable and knows how to walk politely when you do choose to go out.

Energy level: Medium—he enjoys regular activity but isn’t constantly bouncing off the walls.

Temperament with people: He barks when he doesn’t recognize someone, especially at first. With time and the right introduction, he can settle once he understands who’s around. He hasn’t had much exposure yet to children or cats, but he’s likely to do best with slow, supervised introductions and a calm routine.

Cats/children: Not been around them yet, but we’re happy to discuss what a proper introduction would look like for your home.
