Adopt a Dog in Burbank from one of the Region’s Most Reputable Dog Adoption Organizations

Burbank is truly such a special city. It’s a city that feels both charming and grounded. The tree-lined streets, historic homes, and friendly neighbors create the kind of everyday warmth that dogs (and their people) thrive in.

Burbank is incredibly dog-friendly, with plenty of beautiful spaces to explore. Arlington Garden is a hidden gem for peaceful walks. For more active pups, the trails around Eaton Canyon Natural Area provide adventure, with scenic paths and plenty of new smells to discover. The local dining scene makes it easy to bring your dog along for the fun and it’s common to see pups lounging under tables while their owners sip coffee or share a meal.

Adopting a dog in Burbank means more than gaining a companion—it means becoming part of a gentle, strong, and close-knit community that finds joy in both the quiet moments and the journey of rebuilding together.

I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember—especially dogs. At 10 years old, I adopted two sister pups who have been by my side ever since and remain my lifelong best friends. Though I’m definitely a dog person, I also have a cat that I adore and who loves to remind me that I am not in charge.

Giving animals a loving home, making them feel safe and cherished is what matters most to me. The special stories of giving animals a second chance at life full of love, is one of my favorite things about working with Amazing Dogs Rescue. The Pasadena location is special to me because the community was heavily impacted by wildfires last year. The community is truly very special, extremely resilient, and full of wonderful residents. In my free time I love traveling, eating good food, and spending time at the beach.

I have a deep love for animals and passion for caring for them every day. Working at Petco allows me to combine that passion with helping others, whether it’s supporting customers or sharing advice about their pets. At home, I’m surrounded by my own little family-three dogs Dorothy, Penny, and Maggy, along with four outdoor cats who mean everything to me. Spending time with them is what makes me happiest, and they’re big part of why I’m so dedicated to what I do.
