Amazing Dogs Rescue Adopt Reserve form

Request for Meet and Greet

You can reserve for up to 14 days and meet them at the event of your choice, by filling out this form and paying a non-refundable deposit of $50. This deposit will go towards the adoption fee. After receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation and list on our website as ‘Reserved’. If you decide not to adopt one of our Amazing Dogs, the $50 is considered a compensation for the transportation costs.

Requests for a reservation will not be processed until the $50 deposit has been received.

    All dogs placed through Amazing Dogs will have health checks, personality, and temperament evaluations, and will be spayed or neutered prior to placement unless our veterinarian advises differently. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that the dog that I apply for might no longer be available the moment my application has been approved. I authorize Amazing Dogs to keep my application on file and to contact me in this matter until I notify Amazing Dogs that I am no longer interested in a rescue.
