    3. Authorization

    All dogs placed through Amazing Dogs Rescue will have health checks, personality, and temperament evaluations, and will be spayed or neutered prior to placement unless our veterinarian advises differently. I understand that this is a preliminary application and that the dog that I apply for might no longer be available the moment my application has been approved. I authorize Amazing Dogs Rescue to keep my application on file and to contact me in this matter until I notify Amazing Dogs Rescue that I am no longer interested in a rescue.
